MEET THE FOUNDER
Kelly is the founder of The Ardory, a New York City–based event production agency known for crafting sophisticated, high-impact experiences for mission-driven organizations. With nearly two decades in the industry, she operates at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and flawless execution, bringing a refined, global perspective to every engagement.
Kelly began her career in the high-pressure world of fashion shows, developing a sharp instinct for precision and pace before expanding into corporate event production and leading complex programs for top industrial and consumer brands in Germany. After returning to the U.S., she contributed to Cornell University’s event portfolio and went on to serve as the right hand to the founder of a prominent woman-owned event production agency in New York City, overseeing large-scale, high-visibility productions.
Known for her discretion, taste, and command under pressure, Kelly is trusted to deliver experiences that are not only seamless but deeply resonant—designed with intention, executed with excellence, and remembered long after the final moment.
